Description of Service

Gas Station Dance is a web service that generates short AI videos from photos you upload. The videos are AI-generated and are not real footage. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload photos of people who have not agreed to appear, including celebrities and public figures, or photos of minors.
• Upload sexual, hateful, violent or otherwise unlawful content, or use a video to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone.
• Present a generated video as real footage in a way that is intended to mislead.

We may refuse to generate, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Payment and Billing

Videos are paid for with credits, which you buy in one-time packs with no subscription. A Standard 480p video costs 100 credits and an HD 720p video costs 200 credits. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. If a video fails to generate, the credits are refunded automatically. Our Refund Policy explains refunds for purchases.

Your Content and Generated Videos

You keep your rights in the photos you upload and you confirm you have the right to use them. You may use the videos you generate on your own social channels. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you post on.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
