Refund Policy

Failed videos are refunded automatically

If a video fails to generate, or is not delivered, the credits for that video are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Credit packs

You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any of its credits. Contact us at the email address on our website with the email you signed up with.

Used credits

Credits used for a video that generated successfully are not refundable, because the video generation cost has already been incurred. Results are AI-generated and can vary with the quality of the photos you upload. See our tips on the home page for the best results.

Expired credits

Credits expire 365 days after purchase and expired credits are not refunded.
